Week 4: Texture (Summer)

I was re-potting a plant once I got home from rehearsal late this week. I looked up and saw the the shapes being projected from the small pineapple shaped lights around my balcony. The texture of the image is dappled because of the shape and position of the lights. Its has a cold isolated feeling. Is that feeling because the image reminds me of a gate, feeling trapped? I think of prisons and enclosed areas when I see this photo.
